i have tried using the life cycle controller but it wont boot on usb , i have download the dell smart iso from there https://dell.app.box.com/v/BootableT330, tried to boot it off the life cycle no luck .

i manage to load the lifecycle controller from boot load and i updated all the firmware using the dell ftp, follow i tried to install os on the server i end up with this blue screen:
proof i have updated all the firmware in lifecycle controller:

this is driving me nuts and i am having a lot of down time due to this problem , let me know soon as please thanks
To see if we can rule out any hardware, please take the system to minimum to POST and see we can get past where you are seeing the problem. If you can get past, swap the processors and see if you can still POST. Make sure there the cables are disconnected and there aren't any DVDs or SD cards inserted.
System board
CPU with heat sink
Single DIMM configuration with DIMM in socket A1
Control panel with cable (to power system on)
Power supply unit and Power Distribution Board (PDB)/Power Interposer Board (PIB)

Thank you for the clarification.
If you have not already done so, update all the drivers/firmware on the server using the Lifecycle Controller.
Are you getting any BSOD errors?
Check this link out for a possible solution.
PowerEdge T30, T130, R230, R330 and T330 may experience unpredictable behavior with Intel® Hyper-Threading enabled

how much load are you putting on the server?
you could try putting the power options to OS controlled rather then the system see if that helps at all.
