delll t410 memory help

Question

just got a dell t410 with 2x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5650 @ 2.67GHz. as known 288gb max memory per cpu.looking for a way to populate the 8 dimm slots correctly to hold at least 128gb ram for whole system cpu1 a0 -1,2,3 ,a1,a2,a3 cpu2 b0 -1,2,3, b1,b2,b3. its 3 channels om memory but bank 0 which is black controlls all 3 i believe. IM LOST and new.

From what I understand after updates I'm able to use 16gb dimms now because of when Manuel was printed 16gb dimms went being made. 8gb was top
