F.L,
Would you confirm a couple things for me?
What is the OS installed on the R740?
Is the R740 up to date on BIOS, IDrac/LCC, and raid controller?
Is the server set to boot BIOS or UEFI?
Let me know.

Hello @F.L,
Just to make sure, where did you see this error? on the OS log? or the iDRAC log? Do you know what operations was being performed the server when this error appeared for the first time?
Do you have the posibility to reproduce the error?
Regards.

It is an OS log and there was no special operation.
It is impossible to reproduce because it is not known how the log is generated.

Hi @F.L,
Could bring the server's hardware firmware up to date.
Could you also check what kernel version are you using? Is it 4.18.0-240 less or more?
If you have done the above and there are recent to date of the same error, you might need to contact our support line to create a support case to check on the server's EFI table.

Hello @F.L,
I suggest you to check with OS support. If your RHEL version is supported, you may need to open a case and escalate it to the OS support team. Also, maybe you should try on the OS forum. This forum is normally related to hardware problems.
Regards.
