Hey there,
unfortunately, the picture does not show correctly. Could you please describe the shown error messages a bit more or try to upload the picture again.
Hard to give any hints if I'm unsure what is going on.
Waiting for your reply.
Best regards,
Stefan

3- press and hold the power button for 30 seconds
4- connect back the power cables and then power ON the server

Hello @Charles SBS,
During the intervention, did you follow the Safety Precautions to prevent static damage? Were you using a wired (not wireless) ESD wrist strap that is properly grounded?
Page 34 of hardware manual.
Regards.

Hi,
We may not be sure it's a bad PSU or a mainboard. Based on your description of the status when powering up, it might be the mainboard. Have you tried installing the old memory back? I tried checking the server's technical specification, it seems that the server only supports up to 4GB UDIMM only. https://dell.to/2TyJFVn
Let us know if the old memory works.

Hi We could approach this from many angles. And one is it could be the CPU. Yours is a single CPU model so we could try swapping CPUs. Please let us know if you have any questions and have a good week ahead!
