Unfortunately, there is no functionality feature available in PowerEdge to do factory reset, except to reinstall windows. You probably might need to contact Windows support to check if there is any Windows feature to reset it to factory default. For PowerEdge, the only available step is to clear RAID configuration and reinstall OS.
