iDRAC and OS Passthrough do not work

Env：Dell R730，Window 10 os

First step, I reset the idrac configrations to defaults,  then enter idrac settings >> media and usb port setting, set virtual media to auto attach,  vflash media to disabled, usb managent port status to enabled, usb managent port mode to automatic.

Secnod, enter idrac settings >> communication permissions, set os to idrac pass through to usb nic,  using the default ip address 169.254.0.1.

Last, enter idrac settings >> Network, set Enable Nic to Enabled,  set Nic Selection to LOM1,  set Enable DHCP to enabled, save all configs and reboot.

When booting I see the idrac IP is ?.?.?.?,  after enter the system,  open the network connection,  just display nic1-nic4, without idrac virtual nic usb device.
