Hello,

 

Can you let know was there an update executed prior before the issue happened? Can you let me know too, so far what troubleshooting you have done? Is BIOS accessible? Is iDRAC pingable? Can you access to LCC? 

 

Let me know the progress.

first of all thanks for your reply.


no any update was before this issue, only one thing, the power was cut off from main breaker and put back during the server plugged.

my troubleshooting was how to reset the IDRAC from I button and also i power off the server and unplug it for about a minute, while it is unplugged hold the power button in for 2 minute but nothing change. 

Is BIOS accessible?
yes the BIOS accessible.

Is iDRAC pingable?
no Isn't iDRAC pingable.

Can you access to LCC?
I can't access to LCC because IDRAC isn't pingable.

first of all thanks for your reply.

I have removed the cover of server and clean the fans.

Is BIOS accessible?
yes the BIOS accessible.

Is iDRAC pingable?
no  iDRAC isn't pingable.

Can you access to LCC?
I can't access to LCC because IDRAC isn't pingable.

During start the server showing

  • IDRAC not respond
  • LCC is disable.

The OS is windows server standard 2007, service Pack 2

please could you give me clear procedure of how recovering the IDRAC
