Hello

It is under the category iDRAC with Lifeycle controller. Older versions are under Embedded Server Management and Lifecycle Controller - Legacy. A change was made with version 2.0 that combined the iDRAC and LCC into a single update, all versions 2.0 or later should be under the iDRAC with Lifecycle controller category. Also, make sure you are selecting a valid operating system, if you select an operating system that is not supported by the available installers it will probably not show up.

Thanks

Hi,

I can't see it in drivers and downloads. I tried every operating system but it always showed me only dell Dell Lifecycle Controller LC2 1.4.2 and release date 17 Nov 2014. Problem is that customers used service tag and it showed what lifecycle they should download. Unfortunately after those changes which you have made they are not able to find the proper iDRAC lifecycle controller under drivers and downloads for example 2.61. Only if they are searching it on dell's webpage or follow your link. I remember not every server should be updated with 2.61 some of them showed us that we should used the 2.63 etc. So it is hard now determine what lifecycle controller we should download.

I tested several 12th generation service tags from our lab without issue. You may not have a normal R320. If you would like to send a private message with your service tag I'll test with it, please include the country you are accessing the site from and language. Also, you may want to clear browser cache(cookies, temp files).

You can go to my profile page by clicking on my user name. On another user's profile page it should have an option in the right page to send the user a message.

You can also go to your message page by clicking the envelope at the top right of the page. There is a button to create a new message on that page. You will need to input the user name that you want to message.

I am still unable to reproduce the issue using the service tag, country, and language that you provided. I think you are looking under the LifeCycle Controller - Legacy category. You should be looking under iDRAC with Lifecycle controller.

oh I guess something must has changed again. I am able to see it now. Yesterday and 2 days ago we were seeing only some of those options from drivers and downloads but iDRAC with lifecycle controller was missing and bunch of other options.

Not sure what has happened but it is fixed now.

Thank you very much for your help.

Nina
