Hi,

May I know if you're able to ping the iDRAC's IP? Would you be able to connect your laptop/system network port directly to the iDRAC, set a same subnet IP and try to ping the iDRAC.

If IP doesn't respond, remove the power cable, press and hold the power button for 15secs. Then install power cable and turn on to check the iDRAC accessibility.

If it doesn't help, try resetting the iDRAC using this article: https://dell.to/3iDPwE1

Let me know if it helps.

Joey, thank you for the reply. Yes, I may ping iDRAC IP and I can even connect via SSH. OK, I will try the suggested restarting / resetting steps and inform about the results soon...

With regards,

David

Web server is disabled on iDRAC that is why you are not able to access iDRAC GUI. you can enable it by running below command after connecting to iDRAC using SSH

racadm set iDRAC.Webserver.Enable Enabled
