keyboard failure
Hello,
I have a PE2950 which boots with the following:
Testing memory. Please wait.
Keyboard failure
I'm not able to use the keyboard and change the BIOS setting at all or configure raid volumes without keyboard. What does this mean? USB hub is broken on the board or I have to reset the MB or something??? BIOS is 2.7.0, I just upgraded via PXE boot with automatic flash script.
It is not the keyboard that works well with the other PE2950s.
Any help appreciated!
Thanks
Levente

Hello
If it is a known good keyboard then test other USB slots. It could also be an issue with another device on the USB or PCI bus. Swap test and reduce the hardware configuration to rule out hardware. If the issue persists after all unnecessary hardware has been removed then clear NVRAM via jumper and drain flea power. If the issue still persists then the system board is the most likely component to replace.
Thanks

Is there a way to push BMC config via firmware update? Currently it is not configured (disabled and IP is 0.0.0.0) If I could reach via IPMI that would be also OK.
