It is not the keyboard that works well with the other PE2950s.
If it is a known good keyboard then test other USB slots. It could also be an issue with another device on the USB or PCI bus. Swap test and reduce the hardware configuration to rule out hardware. If the issue persists after all unnecessary hardware has been removed then clear NVRAM via jumper and drain flea power. If the issue still persists then the system board is the most likely component to replace.
Is there a way to push BMC config via firmware update? Currently it is not configured (disabled and IP is 0.0.0.0) If I could reach via IPMI that would be also OK.
