new to servers and need advice

hey guys ,am new to this side of things

i picked up a couple of dell servers (poweredge 2950)

i was trying to setup up drac but still cant access remotely

when it boots in bios i notice the ip and subnet etc are all zeros before the drac menu comes up (cntrl + E )

any advice with thanks

I'm not showing that a DRAC was sold with the system. It is possible that a DRAC was installed at a later time. I would start by checking to make sure a DRAC is installed. Page 80 of the manual is where the RAC installation instructions start. You can reference those instructions to see where the DRAC should be located if it is installed:

According to the 2950 manual, the option to enter the DRAC configuration during boot is CTL D. You should be able to configure the network settings in that menu. The DRAC has its own manual as well, you can find more information on the DRAC within that manual:
