Hello,

I have the same problem on a DELL PowerEdge T430 server.

After the Windows Server 2016 setup, I did not have any unknown devices.
After the updates of drivers and firmware (PERC, idRac, Nic in particular), I also find 2 unknown devices in the device manager: Mass Storage Function (USB \ VID_0624 & PID_0251 & REV_0000).

Do you have a solution ?

Probably after installed iDRAC with Lifecycle Controller Firmware 2.52.52.52.

Using DRAC/MC Virtual Media

A key feature provided by the Avocent Digital Access KVM module is virtual  media, which all ows administrators to remotely connect a mass storage device to a server and use the device as if it were present on the server. Like the remote console, virtual media uses hardware to emulate USB devices with native USB mass storage drivers, helping  ensure  no  other drivers  are  necessary.  Virtual media is accessed via the DRAC/MC interface.

This issue comes with idrac version 2.52.52.52. Dell Support told me that it will be fixed with the next release. No performance or stability problems.
