What do you mean it doesn't work? If your DVD doesn't boot, then you probably 1) have a bad disc, 2) don't have a DVD drive (Windows 7 is DVD only, not CD), and/or 3) you don't have CD/DVD set/active in the boot sequence in the BIOS.
