Is the 2950 a 64-bit platform?

I hope to acquire the new SBS2008 when it becomes available, but I'm not 100% certain that my PE2950 is a qualified hardware platform, since 2008 requires 64-bit hardware, if I have read up on it correctly. How would one know if their hardware is 64-bit? Are all 2950s 64-bit?
