More PowerEdge T610 Windows 2008 R2 Boot Issues

My issue is everytime I attempt to boot up to my OS partition, I get the error "BOOTMGR is missing". I have tried to run the repair on the installation disk and saw a set of instructions to do the following in the command prompt:

  1. Bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup
  2. ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
  3. Bootrec /rebuildbcd

None of these worked for me. Any advice would be appreciated.
