PowerEdge 840 & Server 08 R2
I recently installed Server 08 R2 Enterprise on my server. I know I need to get a new server, this one's old, but for now, its all I have. Service Tag: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
(which out of warranty).
I have downloaded almost every network driver I can possibly find, but none seem to work.
I am beyond lost. I could use some help.

The driver installs just fine. I already installed that one before.
When I get to the firmware, it gives me a "This update package is not compatible with your system configuration" error and closes right after I click OK.

You can close this thread.
I looked in the BIOS and completely forgot to check to see if the Embedded NIC was turned on, which it wasn't. Turned it on, and BOOM. NIC is working. But it was def. the Broadcom driver though. So thank you for that.
