PowerEdge R610 issues with Terminal Services Windows 2008 Enterprise SP2

I am having issues with PE R610 servers. Windows OS hangs with multiple Event ID 7011 errors (30000 millisecond timeouts for multiple services)

Dell PE R610, 8 GB RAM, 2 X 146 GB 15K RPM SAS Drives RAID 1

Windows 2008 Enterprise R2 - 32 Bit

Basically  we are running is Office 2007, Quickbooks Enterprise 9. Adobe Pro 9. (All programs and OS patched). Using TS Loopback policies configured and verified by Microsoft Support. Crashes are not consistent with anything we can see. Have sent multiple debugs, perfomance logs and Memory dumps to MS. Still no solution.

Out of curiosity what are you using for antivirus software? We were getting almost weekly crashes and eventually traced it to NOD32.  We replaced it with McAfee 8.7i and haven't had a hiccup since.  We're running a 25 user 2008 r2 RDS setup.
