Setup Help!

Wondering if anybody can help me.... Here's my situation:

On an external USB hard drive, I have 3 partitions. Each partition is an exact ghost image of the hard-drives from a Dell PowerEdge server which was running Windows Server 2003. The server hosted an application, and it's info seems to be spread across all 3 drives (website, SQL files, etc.). I no longer have access to the original Dell server that my application was on, I just have the 3 hard drives which were ghost-imaged onto this USB disk. Ideally I'd like to be able to maybe install the actual drive from the USB enclosure into another computer to access it the same way as it was on the server.

Is there any way to access the website, etc. that is on this USB disk??? Would booting from the USB disk work??? Probably stupid question, bbut I don't have a computer that has a Boot from USB option. I figured I'd ask before I go out to buy one...
