MD3000i Degraded Physical Disk Channel
Our MD3000i had errors saying one of the hard drives and control modules were bad. I replaced the hard drive and control module and it appears as though the hard drive rebuilt successfully because the lights are now green and it said it was rebuilding. Now it says the hard drive is optimal but gives the following errors:
1. Degraded Physical Disk Channel: 0
2. Degraded Physical Disk Channel: 0, 1
3. Individual Physical Disk - Degraded Path
These errors only appeared after I replaced the hard drive and control module.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

I found a post that recommended updating the iSCSI RAID Controller firmware and the Hard Disk Drive firmware. I tried that and it seemed to fix the problem.

Hi,
Did the warning go away after the drive rebuilt?
