MD3200 raid controllers offline
So I have just started working for this company and have inherited a dell md3200 that appears to have both raid controller modules offline according to PowerVault Modular Disk Storage Manager. Randomly the unit is still working - if backing up information at a poor rate. I can also see on the back of slot 1 that its ethernet cable has blinking lights and no alarms on it. Slot 0 is lit up nearly all red. Any suggestions on where I begin to troubleshoot this? I have no experience with these units and even directions to particular pages within the admin guide would be appreciated.

Do collect the support information from MDSM and email it to me. I'll check it out for you.
In the meantime, make sure you have all the data backed-up before we start to do anything.
