connecting tape drive to hypervisor
I cannot see the tape drive media using Unitrends Enterprise Backup archive option. Moreover the SAS card LED's are not lighting up on my Dell Poweredge R730 to the Tape drive. Has anyone got a solution on how i can connect this TL2000?

Hello jamiemwanza,
What controller are you connecting your TL2000 to in your R730 system? It should be a 12GB SAS card. Also is the host that is trying to use your TL2000 virtual or no?

Thanks for your response. yes it is a 12GB SAS card. The host i am trying to connect to is virtual host running Citrix Xenserver.
