md3400 latency issues

Hello everyone

I'm getting latency issue in my MD3400. I have 2 controllers but right now I'm running just with one because I thought controller 0 was broken, but the problem continues. Anyway, forget if I'm running with 1 or 2 controllers because the case is the same.

I use this MD3400 in a VMWare environment with a 3 ESXi cluster and 25 vm's connected with SAS cables and 12GB array controller.

From MD3400 everything looks fine but the performance in my vm's is crazy, sometimes I see 400ms disk latency in windows 20128 vm's. I really don't know why is happening but this case occur in every vm, windows, linux, whatever...

 I think is not possible to attach a screenshot so this is the performance:

Virtual disk: current io latencia(ms) 75; max 158;min 15

one of 6 disk 10k rpm: currentio latency 50; max 87; min 16

controller: current io/sec 530; max io 2058; minimun 262

 I feel like MD3400 is worthy for a 2 microsoft/linux server cluster but not for vmware enviroment with 3 esxi and 25~40 vm. Am I wrong? If I'm wrong what the **bleep** is happening with this MD.

Additional information: The disk group are raid 10
