Blauer Bildschirm nach BIOS-Update, Precision 3640 Tower
Ich habe heute das aktuelle Sicherheitsupdate für das BIOS installiert. Die aktuelle Version ist 1.10.0.
die vorherige Version des BIOS war 1.2.3.
Nach der Installation kommt nach dem Start sofort ein Bluescreen.
Die Fehlermeldung ist: "driver_verifier_dma_violation".
Auch ein Start im abgesicherten Modus war nicht möglich.
Ein Rollback auf die alte BIOS-Version hat zwar geholfen, sollte ja aber nicht das Ziel sein.
Bitlocker verwende ich nicht.
Gibt es Lösungen für das Problem

Das schrittweise Update hatte bis V1.5 funktioniert. Danach der gleiche Fehler.
Mit dem aktuellen Windows-Update (KB5011563) wurde auch das BIOS auf V1.12 upgedatet und alles läuft.

The gradual update had worked up to V1.5. After that the same error.
With the current Windows update (KB5011563), the BIOS was also updated to V1.12 and everything is running.

Is secure boot enabled ?
If yes you could try to disable it and see what happens

Is your computer updated with all the latest hardware driver.
Are you using Dell Command Update to install all the latest drivers? Including the BIOS,
it sounds like you have a hardware driver that is not compatible with the updated BIOS
You may need to update the BIOS in steps Seems to be quite a jump from 1.10.0 to 1.2.3 .
Log into your support page and have a look at the previous progression of BIOS updates
