DELL PRECISION 490 1 + 3 solid light
Hello
please help me solve my problem with my DELL PRECISION 490
when i try to boot i see 1 + 3 numbers light solid
here is a video
please help i really wanna use this computer

nope i haven't touched the ram at all
i added a photo of my ram slots there are many cards in there

This diagnostic chart for the Precision Workstation should help. 1 and 3 indicate a memory problem. Either incompatible RAM or RAM in the wrong slots. Try removing 1 RAM module and reboot. If that works try the other module and make sure they are in the correct slots, usually the white slots. Also reseat the RAM as that could be a cause. Also have you added or changed any RAM before the problem occurred?
