Have you considered reverting to the previous bios ?

Thank you for your suggestion. I have made a BIOS downgrade and the problem persists.
I cannot find the source problem. The workstation fans continues to run fast after I command shutdown even if I push the power button.

@Cecenes , a few questions if I may :
1) did you try to reset the bios ?
2) when you perform the shutdown, does window actually shut down & the fans keep spinning while in theory turned off ?
if so, what happens if you press the psu test button on the back ?

Run ePSA diagnostics to see it could pick up any error.
