Hi @Aali,
"left my Pc running after power off" Not sure what you mean.
First, try replacing the size 2032 CMOS battery if it's 5+ years old.
Still no video? You might try a different GPU or monitor.
A couple of troubleshooting guides: Dell Precision Workstation T7810 System Guide and T7810 docs including troubleshooting guides.
