Dell T7600 iaStor.sys BSOD help

Hi , I urgently need help with my computer as it randomly crashes. The problem seem to be with iaStor.sys I tried with this https://appuals.com/fix-iastora-sys-blue-screen/ But dont have the option to uninstall the IDE ATA/ATAPI controller driver from Device Manager. Uninstall the storage controller found wont let the computer boot anymore. Updating the driver is not allowed since I have latest version (2013). So are kinda stuck in an eternal loop of doom.
