Drivers Quadro web official Nvidia

Good afternoon.

I have a problem with my Quadro P2000 GPU, Adobe support tells me that I have to update the drivers but I have always done it according to the suggestions given by DELL SupportAssist software.
Currently my drivers are version 517.37 but on the Nvidia website is available version R515 U4 (517.40). Should I download this driver from the official website or should I do it only when DELL gives me the option to do it through its APP?
