Please explain why your a fan of Dell products.  If not please explain why?  Cost ? Quality?  Specs?  I want to build a Dell Precision T3620 but am reading that the PS isn't sufficient for certain video cards.  Thanks!

This spec sheet me original & outdated

Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1200 v5Family; 6thgeneration Intel® Core™ i7, i5 and i3 (i7-6700K Processor, coming soon); Intel Turbo Boost technology(5)and Intel Integrated HD Graphics on select Processors; optional vPro™ Technology

I see some units sold with Xeon E3-12xx v6

Anybody had proper list of supported CPUs?

This is the list of CPU's that can go with the C236 chipset.  Remember, possibility not all CPU's listed can go with the 3620.  Spec sheet lists the chipset.  From there, compatible CPU's can be Googled.  The E12XX V6 CPU's are spread out instead of being all together.  https://pcpartpicker.com/products/cpu/?compatible_with=fk98TW

Also remember my posts are no guarantee Xeon 12XX V6 CPU's work with the 3620 as it's outside of Dell specs.  Only sellers of the 3620 can back that.

3620's sold on eBay, newegg, and amazon with E3-1270 V6.  One on eBay with E3-1285 V6; so I'm not sure about that one.  Another variation - E3-1245 V6.

I'll be researching a little further, but closing this post.  Chrome is constantly refreshing after I visit another page, then my typing gets wiped out.

According to this

https://browser.geekbench.com/v5/cpu/search?q=3620

Intel Core i7-7700K works with a 0MWYPT motherboard

https://browser.geekbench.com/v5/cpu/10803921

and also this e3 v6, E3-1245 v6, Intel Xeon E3-1285, E3-1270 v6

Hi @mazzinia,

How did you look that up so easily?

I checked cpu/mb compatibility for another thread in the past few days, so I just peeked on the site I found to substantiate the findings.
