Dell Doesn't support Linux of any kind unless your system shipped with Linux.
Canonical does support linux but said support is not free.
Start over buy at least 2 drives.
Use only 1 drive 500gig or 1 TB or 2TB.
Install WIN10 first
Clone the 500 gig to a 1TB or clone 1tb to 2TB
OR
Resize the drive so that you can install ubuntu alongside windows
All other drives can be used as storage but must be CLEANED with DISKPART and then formatted as EXFAT
This is how my systems are setup and they work fine with a grub boot option for Linux or Windows at startup.
