HDD Fan on Precision 5820

Question

I have a Dell Precision 5820 workstation. I'm getting a 2000-0511 129576 error message. It says my HDD fan failed to respond correctly. I've reseated all of the connectors, blew air on all of the fans to get any dust out and I've updated the BIOS but I am still having this issue. I don't see the HDD fan anywhere on the motherboard and I've checked every fan in the case. I'm not sure what to do next.   Edit: I found the port where an HDD fan would be plugged in and theres nothing plugged into it. I checked another similar machine that I know doesn't have that same error and of course, nothing is plugged into that one either. Now I'm really confused as to why this error message is showing up.

In the BIOS that fan is marked as enabled but since it is not there you are getting the error.
