I don't see any issue with your system specs so it should work.  Many users validated the T7610 with RTX cards.

RTX A4500 video card is installed and working but when I do a force job or render the computer shuts down.

@kikixxx  do you think that this is a thermal issue or a sw/hw incompatibility issue?
