PowerEdge T30 no display after secure boot UEFI mode on

I have PowerEdge T30, it was working fine, unfortunately i changed legacy mode to UEFI mode. after restart it is not showing display.

I tried 

Reset cmos/BIOS settings, to put jumper over CMSCLR jumber. and power one the system. after removed the jumper but no luck.

I removed CMOS battery for the whole night, 

I shorted the CMOS both pins.

I replaced test VGA card

But no thing is happening

The keyboard shows num lock ON, but no display on screen. please help
