UPDATE: the first time I did the installation was in Legacy boot option!
now I switched BIOS in UEFI and formatted the SSD and made it GPT
then I installed the Windows 10....during installation with 1 module in dimm 1 - again BSOD and Whea Uncorrectable Error! Took the RAM module and put the other one in DIMM1 - reformatted everything and started the installation again! while it was configuring the Windows - after the initial setup process - BSOD!
so now it does it with either RAM modules...in UEFI mode!
so after all memtests and so on...could it just be bad RAM? I am OK to buy different brand, I just don't wan to pin point the problem and to waste money...if the problem is somewhere else - bad ssd, or PSU or something else...
and I did verify that the BIOS and Motherboard markings are matching - BIOS and motherboard are reading dimm1 and 2 correct!
That error usually indicates a hardware problem. Either the RAM or SSD could be the cause. Do you have another drive either SSD or HDD that you can try? It is also possible that the RAM is not compatible. The following links may help.
i decided to download a copy of windows directly from Microsoft - clean without any dell stuff on it! i installed another ssd and i ran the installed in UEFI boot mode
it went great! i was able to finish the installation without any BSOD!
then i installed the original nvme ssd that came with the computer - and i ran the same installer!
at first the installer couldnt recognize the NVME so i had to manually load them through usb - and i donwloaded those from the Dell support page for my workstation! after the drivers were installed - i was able to finish installing the windows and after that i plugged the LAN to start installing updates and drivers
the very first thing i did was to activate the windows, and right after that i started scanning for updates
and another BSOD occured - same WHEA uncorrectable error!
i need to ask something else - by default my SATA is RAID on - should i leave it as is or enable AHCI?
would it make a difference?
i believe some driver is giving me hard time - and i cant pinpoint the problem - but i am getting there!

Crucial RAM is usually the go to RAM for Dell systems as they guarantee compatibility.

However read the following forum post as it does seem to pertain to your problem. Notice the RAM placement from the factory.

Also memory configuration.

I do have brand new ssd and I ordered 2 Crucial 16gb each, so I really hope that will fix the problem!
its weird that in Legacy, it was working on 1 ram module - but in UEFI mode BSOD all the time...
will keep an update on the process!
Thanks
