Precision T7910 Intel i210 network card low speed

My configuration of Dell T7910 1x CPU is Intel E5-2695v4 64GB RAM DDR4 2133Mhz and 3x NVME HDD Drivers 1TB.

My whole network devices are 1Gbit speed including all switches, routers etc.
Whole network and all about 30 devices works on 1Gbit speed. Real transfer between 2 computers for 1Gbit speed is about 100MB/s.
Dell T7910 have on PCB two network cards:
Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I217-LM (newest driver 30.01.2022 v12.19.2.45)
Intel(R) I210 Gigabit Network Connection (newest driver 24.02.2022 v13.0.14.0)
The speed is set both both network cards as 1GBit.
Real transfer for Intel(R) Ethernet Connection I217-LM is correct - about 100MB/s betweeen 2 computers in the same network.

Problem is with card Intel(R) I210 Gigabit Network Connection.
Real transfer for Intel(R) I210 is only 30MB/s so it's 300-400MBit.
I tried to change:
-ALL ADVANCED SETTING's in this network card
-many different network drivers for Intel(R) I210
-different bios versions for T7910
-different LAN cat.6 cables
without success. Always transfer for this I210 network card is only 30MB/s

I have second T7910 computer with exactly the same configuration but situation is the same.

In my network is about 30 computers. All this computers have speed 1Gbit and transfer about 100MB/s between eacj of them.

I tested to add addition extra network card "Intel(R) PRO/1000 PT" on T7910 and it works perfect with full speed 100MB/s (1Gbit).

When I change speed in advanced setting of Intel I210 from 1Gbit >>> 100MBit >>> 10MBit the speed is falling down but when I set 1Gbit the highest speed is 300-400Mbit (30MB/s).

I don't have solution for this situation.

Maybe somebody have the same situation or any idea what's going on?
