T3600 PCIE 3.0 on only 2.0

Question

Hello Dell community.I have a little problem. I have a 08HPGT MOBO with a Xeon E5 1660 0 cpu and GTX 980 VGA. The problem is the VGA use only the pcie 2.0 data rate, however it should use the 3.0Is there any solution to change the rate manually or I should change something in the bios?THX.: XeonF

Finally i found a solution.Here is the link on nvidia's site.https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3135/There is a patch which is force enabling the pcie gen 3 datarate for the vga.
