Hi @KLiKzg,

Dell is too proprietary to have other brands' fans plugged into it's MB, even if there's connections on the MB yet available.  Unless it's a Dell fan or Dell approved fan, whether the fan blows up or not, you'll get an onscreen error message(s).

When I add 4-pin-(molex) fans to a Dell, I use a SATA power splitter, then a SATA to molex 4-pin adapter or splitter, or whatever else is needed.  You might also be able to goods  from SATA to molex in one splitter.  You won't need a SATA splitter if you already have a SATA power connection available.  Use what works for you.

Make sure the fans you do use are at least 2,500 rpm.  It's optimal for low noise and airflow.  If all a description says is "silent," that's not saying much.

Even more optimal, if you can do it, is one fan blowing in (like in the front of the case), and one blowing out.  The inside of my PC has a whirlwind going and it always runs cool.  May be one fan in the front (as big as possible) and 2 blowing out the back would work well.

If all fans blow out, they can tend to compete with each other.  Just one fan blowing out on a PC I had made for less air going through the PSU.

Hi @DELL-Cares,

I've regularly seen "No response received" messages.  Not everybody is going to know how to PM right away.  If the 'email me' box wasn't checked, that can make access trickier for a beginner.

I have 2 hi spec quad cores now and I have no issues yet.  Thought that an external 3d printed duct to 1 or 2 external fans might do it.

Hi @KLiKzg,

Thank you for accepting my post as a solution.

As for a typo, "You might also be able to goods from SATA to molex in one splitter." - "Goods" was suppose to be "go."

Actually I got the fans that I mentioned, as they are on "silicone fixtures".

Connector is done over 4pin HDD connection, with dual fan supply. Though decided to put only one fan, the one who is not on the way of the 2nd CPU fan.
