Im looking to upgrade my video card but am curious if it will fit a 3 fan video card im looking for an RTX 3070ti ive never done any upgrades but I would really like to start now. any help would be greatly appreciated

Depends on model of rtx 3070 ti.  generally speaking it has been done.
