Windows program to change BIOS settings

The question is posted before, but I'll try again. We have a bunch of HP Workstations that have a Windows program 'Performance Advisor' installed. Although the name is a bit misleading (it's doesn't advice about performance) it has a nifty feature; you can use it to change BIOS settings. I.e. you don't need to boot to the BIOS settings menu, you can do it from within Windows.

I wonder if Dell has something similar? I know you can alter BIOS settings using the Management software, but that's kind of convoluted / overkill in situations with only a handful of machines....
