error initializing pci express bridge to pcix T7500
Since I updated my BIOS to the latest version A18 I get an error at bootup "error initializing pci express bridge to pcix"
Downgrading again to A16 didn't solve the issue. Cannot see any PCI Express cards anymore.
Any idea what is going on?

Me too... I have this problem with my T5500 and I tried to reinitialize the BIOS, clear CMOS and some other settings in the BIOS with no results. I can't solve tis issue. There's anywhere someone who knows how to fix this alert?

Did anyone come up with a solution for this error?
I've done no BIOS update, it just started happening..

Anybody ever found any solution?
Upgraded to A17 & A18, no difference.
But also nothing seems to be actually broken. PCI-e graphics works fine
So it seems only an error on startup (and need to press F1, after which boot carries on fine)

I've started facing the same issue on T5500 and it is sitting inside attic and have become a royal pain the neck as it needs "F1" key pressed every time it boots up.
Has anyone found a working solution to get past this error?

This issue has just begun on my Precision T7500 as well. No indicator as to why. No new hardware, no new applications, no changes.

My t7500 started doing this since last week. I can't find any solutions about this. What causes this to happen?
