Hi @Prakash Bajpai ,

Secure boot require UEFI BIOS. Such option do not exist in T3500 as it comes with legacy BIOS only.

Can I still use a 3TB HDD on this PC and install windows on it?

Precision T3500 Spec Sheet

According to the spec sheet, the max capacity is 256GB.  It sounds like you already have the 3TB SSD?  Go ahead and try it.  It won't damage your system.

When I've played around with exceeding max capacities on devices, the worst I would get are freeze issues.

I also noticed Optiplex's don't seem to have a limit for SSD's, so if it turns out to be the same for Precision's, it won't surprise me any.

I had trouble using a 3TB drive in my T3500 so I installed a 2TB and have no problems.

FYI - 1TB or 2TB ssd will also work fine. Just set the bios to "autodetect raid/AHCI"
