t7920 AMD Radeon Pro WX 2100 failure

Question

My t7920 video-adapter seems to have failed, while I was using Win10, the screen went black and I heard the Windows alert sound.The video adapter is Radeon Pro WX 2100, and I use it in 4K resolution for both Win10 and Linux.I swapped to a different screen, known to be working (same symtom).I also swapped the video-cable to a new one (same symptom) , also a mini display-port to hdmi type. Is there some way to run diagnostics if the video adapter is suspect and no screen display output is possible?

One possibility is to reseat the video card then see if it works. Reseat - with the PC powered off, open the case and remove the video card. Then reinstall, making sure its fully and correctly seated. Power on the computer and see if you have video.
