Precision 5540 display upgrade FHD to UHD

Hello!

I wonder if it's possible to replace FHD display of Dell 5540 with a UHD one (with or without touch)? I mean if the connectors/HW on the motherboard are accepting different displays, I have seen a video when someone successfully made such upgrade on Precision 5520, wonder if same is possible for 5540 as well.
