Precision 7540. Not able to reinstall OS using SupportAssist OS Recovery

My laptop is stuck in Automatic repair loop, I have tried several things but still not working. I decided to reinstall the OS, but SupportAssist OS dont allow me to select  "Reset to factory settings" or "Reset and Update", both options are grayed out.

Any idea to solve this problem?
