Precision 7710, multiple mobo replacements?

During warranty my computer received a huge list of replacements. This include 5 Mobo, 2 Videocards, 1 Nvme SSD, Keyboard, Battery, Display. It looks like the local DELL is very happy when I call them to replace something except the case when I ask them to swap the computer. Is it a limit for them who trigger automatic swap?
