#10 ENVELOPES NOT PRINTING

I AM USING MICROSOFT WORD TO PRINT #10 ENVELOPES THROUGH THE MPF ON A 5100CN.  WORD IS SHOWING IT'S PRINTING TO THE 5100CN AND THE PRINTER IS SHOWING IT IS SET AT MPF #10 ENVLOPES BUT IT WILL NOT GRAB AND FEED THOUGH.  THE PRINTER TURNS ON LIKE IT'S TRYING TO PRINT, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. 
 
PLEASE HELP ME!

We have had success setting the MPF Paper Type to Plain 1 and the MPF Paper Size to Free Size.  That seems to accept whatever paper we load in there without having to use the front panel to tell the printer what type of paper is in there.

That worked !! On the printer itself, it's asking you to select Envelope #10 from the first prompt and Covers1 from the second prompt... so just scroll down to Envelope #10 and press the select button, then on the second prompt, select Covers1 and press the select button and voila... the printer runs the envelope through correctly through the Manual Feeder. GGFISHER13's suggestion is what you need to do in Printer Properties --> Printer Preferences on your computer.
