1320C, error light and black cartridge flashing
Hello-
I have a dell 1320c color laser that was printing fine until I changed cartridges. I now have the black cartridge light that is blinking together with the blinking error light. I have tried resetting the printer, and cleaning the CTD sensor, but nothing has worked.
( I am using non-dell cartridges that have worked fine for years. When I try to select non-dell toner in the utility, says it failed.)
Any suggestions?

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your printer is not performing as expected.
In checking the manual for this product, I'm not seeing that exact error code.
Please check the error codes from that page and see if there's a match and post back.
