1320c accessing the toolbox - Windows 10
Hi,
I've got a 1320c printer but the printing is often flaky - i.e. it peels off.
I've tracked the problem down to a fuser issue and need to increase it's power using the Dell toolbox - I've found this tutorial on You Tube

But I'm using Windows 10...
I cannot seem to access the toolbox - can anyone assist me in launching it, or is there another way around this issue.

I have exactly the same problems regarding the printer and the toolbox.
Did you resolve the problem?

I'm afraid I had to borrow an older laptop to connect to the printer which didn't have Windows 10 - so managed to get the toolbox working.
However, after a short while the problem returned - and not sure if it resets after a while or the problem has got worse...
