1600n Multifunction Laser Printer is stuck with this message: "Dial Fax Number and Press Send Fax".

The printer is stuck with the above message. Nothing seems to work. It will not fax, nor will it allow you to put in a fax number. Nothing works. I am stuck. Any ideas? Help!
