Is there any add-on memory installed?
Power off.
Remove the add-on memory then power the unit on.
If that worked, reseat the add-on memory back into the machine and try again.

OK.... I didn't say "on-board", I said ADD-on. (i.e., optional additional RAM)
Sounds like your controller board is toast.
